Meeting Times and venue

Every Thursday afternoon (19:00 - 21:00) excluding school holidays.

The meeting place is at the Scout hall in General Alberts Park. Directions and detailed instructions to our hall can be found on the Contact Us page.


Scouts that come through the ranks as a Cub, continue their Scouting career at the age of 10½ - 11 years of age, and work through 5 bdage levels, learning skills along the way. Scouts joining without Cub experience can start from 11-14 years off age. These badges levels are split as follows:

Level 4 - Explorer
Level 1 - Pathfinder
Level 2 - Adventurer
Level 3 - First Class
 
 
 

Level 5 - Springbok
 
 
 
Along the way, a Scout, he/she may attempt CHALLENGE AWARDS, as listed below:

Water Activity Charge Certificate

Scout Wings
 
 



Patrol Leader's Training Unit course

Bushman's Thong 
 
     

Upon reaching the age of 18 years, the Scout then moves to the Rover branch of Scouting.

The Scout Programme will be appearing here shortly.
